No-shows/Cancellations
Please give us at least a 24-hour notice if you cannot make it to your appointment. The first tie you are a no call/no show we will add a $25 charge to your next grooming appointment. After the second no call/no show you will be required to prepay for all your future appointments.
Fleas
We are a flea free salon. If during the grooming process we find that your pet has fleas, he/she will be give a flea bath for an additional $10. If we are unable to bathe your pet or your pet doesn't usually get a bath, the process will be stopped immediately and you will have to come pick up your pet. Pet's with extreme infestation may be charged more.
Matted Pets
Late Charges
Pets with matted coats will require extra attention. If the matting is minimal and the pet responds well we may demat for an extra fee. However, if the matting is sever, the least painful and least stressful way to remove the mats is by shaving the pet. There is a greater risk of nicking or scratching a matted pet during the grooming process. In addition, the skin may appear red, itchy and irritated due to the lack of oxygen reaching in and under the mats. Paradise Pet Salon will not be held responsible for any injury sustained while grooming a matted pet, including any after effects. This includes, but is not limited to: Swelling, redness, itchiness and self-inflicted abrasions due to external rubbing.

Paradise Pet Salon
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, there will be a $5 fee for every 15 minutes thereafter. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we can no longer accommodate you. We do not offer daycare and boarding services at our facility, therefore you must pick up your pet at the time agreed upon. We may reserve the right to charge a late fee if you are more than 15 minutes past your pick up time.
We require that your pet be up to date on all vaccines. Although sick or unvaccinated pets are not permitted in Paradise Pet Salon, the client acknowledges that they are placing the pet into an area in which communicable diseases may pass between seemingly healthy pets. If following a provided service date the pet shows signs of illness, the client may not hold Paradise Pet Salon liable for any inadvertent exposure the pet may have contracted.
